KRS Notifications: Be Prepared!
The best problems are the ones that never happen! The latest version of our Kinoton Remote Service software lets you benefit from an active notification service. From now on, you can be informed of potential issues before they cause you headaches!
At the first signs of a budding problem or critical system state, the KRS system immediately sends you an e-mail. You can also instruct it to regularly send detailed status reports on all devices connected to the KRS system in the projector room.
The user interface of your local KRS box also makes it easy to define, in just a few simple steps, which notifications you want each of your employees to receive. This allows you to take required action, such as calling Kinoton’s customer service department, before anything fails. You thus avoid having to cancel shows and help ensure your cinema’s profitability.
